We are currently in the process of rebranding from Anna Burns to Studio 10 and with this comes an exciting new look!
The friendly faces you have come to know, Jess and Rebecca, are still here, but we now also have Becca and our new owner, Ian Rotman.
Ian has 25 years of experience within the hair industry, with half of those spent working in one of London’s top training academies, where he worked with hairdressers from all around the world!
Always up for a challenge, Ian and the team cannot wait to get started on this exciting new adventure!

Our story
Located in the centre of the historic market town of St. Albans, Anna Burns Hair Salon opened its doors in early 2014. Our friendly and modern salon offers unisex hairdressing services, from our team of stylists who bring with them not only a creative passion for hair but also some 40 years’ combined experience in the hairdressing industry.

I am new to the area so didn't really know where to have a haircut. This place had good reviews so I gave it a go. Very happy with my haircut and blow dry 🙂 Definitely coming back.
Super little salon. Great value for money considering the experiences I’ve had and prices I’ve paid at other salons in the area (larger chains/franchises and other boutique salons). Recommend to book at least 1 week in advance since it’s not always easy to get appointments at short notice unless there are cancellations. A good thing though because they do not cram in customers and book appointments too close together!
